Rates
My labor rate is $50 per hour. There is no trip charge for service in the southwest Denver area, but I do charge for a 1-hour minimum.

METHOD OF OPERATION. I come to you. This is not only more convenient for you, but is my preferred method of working on your system. Not all problems manifest themselves outside of your environment-- hooked up to your printer and other peripherals.

However, there are many times when your computer has to go with me to the "hospital." This situation occurs if viruses and, or, spyware/adware are present on your machine.

I have found that a single anti-virus or spyware/adware scan usually does not find all the infections. By taking the machine with me I am able to do numerous scans, some taking several hours, to completely eradicate the bugs.
